She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Dunlap and Frieda Dunlap (Barrington); her husband Harry James "Jim" Guy; and her siblings, Ruth Sanders, Shirley Sigler and Harvey Dunlap.

She is survived by: her children, Kristine Kurtz (Paul) of Berrien Springs, Shelly Lockwood (Rob) of Camden, Duane Guy (Sherree) of Hillsdale and Kevin Guy (Sally) of Montpelier, Ohio. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
