She was predeceased by: her husband Elden Tervo; her daughter Marsha Tervo; her parents, John Lampela and Emma Lampela; and her siblings, Lila Liimatta (Roy), Shirley Erickson (Ronald), Rueben Lampela (Martha), Hedgie Lampela (Evie), Lillian Bennetts (Gordon) and Tom Lampela (Lorraine).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Benda (Karl), Steven Tervo, MaryAnn Tervo (Scott Sever), Martin Tervo (Anita), Caroline Rajala (Chad) and Amy Tervo; and her sister Leona Ryynanen (Ken). She is also survived by children and 43 great grand children.
