She was predeceased by: her son Lucas Easterling; her father Arthur Lasanen; and her former husband Wayne Harjala. She is survived by: her husband Ross Easterling of Copper City; her sister Jana Sunnarborg of Germany; her children, Kendra Joy Kotila (Tomas) of Copper City, Seth Harjala (Brenda) of Seattle and Garett Easterling (Claire) of Oahu, Hawaii; her grandchildren, Milo Harjala and Danger Kotila; her mother Joan Lasanen (Arthur) of Hancock; her mother-in-law Dawn Easterling (Doug Linn) of Pinckney, Michigan; and her nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Jantzen and Christian Sunnarborg of Germany.
