Though Nabil may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nabil touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by : his significant other Craig Nuottila of Calumet; his mother Migdalia Diez-Battencourt of San Germán; and also, Gus, Thora, Josephine, Tim and Wanita Shaw of Appleton, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home (26090 Pine St, Calumet, MI 49913).
