He was predeceased by: his parents, Cephas Allen and Edna Allen (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sohlden (Heikkinen); his foster son Terry Noe of Texas His; his stepson Mike Sohlden; and his siblings, Gary Allen of Watersmeet, Maxine Barber, Marcella Church and Mildred Allen of Oregon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
