She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam D Monik and Daria Monik (Lukachick); and her sister Elizabeth Sommer. She is survived by: her caregivers, Administrator, Head and Intensive; her brother Gregory Monik (Karen); her brother-in-law Allan Sommer; and also, Edith and Bill. She is also survived by 34 nieces and nephews.
