She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Hermanson and Hulda Hermanson; her son Jon; and her brother Ron. She is survived by: her husband Richard Eskola; her children, Brent of Calumet, Timothy (Mary Ellen) of Delano, MN, Thomas of Mohawk, Jeffrey (Holly) of Traprock Valley, Joseph (Kathryn) of Calumet, Mark (Heidi) of Howell, Daniel of Traprock Valley, James (Amanda) of Liminga, Stephen (Andrea) of Laurium, Maija-Liisa Eskola of Mohawk, Brita Haapala (Hans) of Fulton, Kristina Anderson (Frank) of Liminga, Juliana Johnson (Daniel) of Kearsarge and Katie Lassila (Keith) of Laurium; and her siblings, Betty Halonen (Ray) and Neil Hermanson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Apostolic Lutheran Church of Calumet. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
