He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Bennetts (Rapson); his parents, Norma Bennetts (Dunstan) and Harry T. Bennetts; his stepmother Irma Bennetts (Peterson); his aunts, Hazel Bennetts and Marian Lobb (Bennetts); and his cousin James Bennetts (Kemer).
He is survived by: his children, Rick Bennetts (Holly) of Farmington Hills, MI, Patti Kirst (Steve) of Waterford, WI and Ron Bennetts (Heidi) of Marquette, MI; and his cousin Bill Bennetts of Swartz Creek, MI. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
