It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Laplander of Calumet, Michigan, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Uno Laplander and Elsie Laplander (Linquist); his wife Janet Vincent; and his siblings, Elaine Dings, Doug Paul Laplander, Leslie Laplander and Barbara Haataja.
He is survived by: his children, Sonny Laplander of Calumet, Dennis Laplander (Heidi) of Calumet, Eric Laplander (Heather) of Rubicon, Wisconsin., Tammy (Jeff) and Mindy Dueck (Dan) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren And several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
