He is survived by: his wife Sallie Jo; his children, Nickilette DeVries (Jeffrey), Jullette Mokma and Todd Hulst (Christie); his granddaughter Rachel Brookes (Craig); his great grandchildren, Finley and Taylor; his grandchild Brittnie Berger (Michael); his great grandchildren, T. J. and Madelyn; his grandchildren, Nick DeVries and Kelsey Mokma; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Trace and Ezra; his grandchildren, Presley Willms (Adam) and Keenan Mokma (Leah); his great grandchildren, Miyara and Takoda; his grandchildren, Danyn Hulst, Macy Jo Hulst and Beckett Hulst; his brothers, Roger Hulst (Tret) and Sherwin Hulst (Barb); his sister-in-law Lois Hulst; and his pet Tory. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
