He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nikki, Sarah and Jack; his wife Jackie Cash; his children, Lori, Kirk Medlar, Rick Blain and Kimberly Cash; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
