He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck Lipscomb and Jean Lipscomb. He is survived by: his children, Robert Gill Lipscomb Jr., Pamela Silvernail (Dan) and Sara Barnaby (Curt); and his siblings, Gayle Durkee, Bonnie Graham and Jerry Lipscomb (Nancy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in honor of Gill may be made to Disabled American Veterans or Legacies Assisted Living.
