Kay Ann Genther Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Ann Genther of Caledonia, Michigan, who passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Genther; her parents, Keith Hyde and Irene Hyde; and her siblings, Marlene Hooker, Bruce Hyde (Mary) and Robert Hyde.
She is survived by: her sons, David Genther (Chris), Robert Genther (Marge) and Ken Genther (Melissa); her grandchildren, Katie Szymanski (Rick), Thomas Genther (Emily), Amanda Hoeksma (Ron), Ashley Wolters (Luke), Phil Rasnake (Sarah), Mike Rasnake, Lindsay Dickerson (Alec), Megan Belka (Matt) and Isaac Genther; her sisters, Doris Mehlberg (Chuck) and Janice Inghram (John); and her siblings-in-law, Gerri Hyde, Bonnie Wise (Jerry), Will Hooker and Bill Genther (Carol). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In memory of Kay and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Hospice – Trillium Woods or Pine Rest Christian Health Services.
