He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Poelstra and Carolyn Poelstra. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Julie Zimmerman (Dave) and Jeff Poelstra (Carmen); his grandchildren, Carly Zimmerman and Ian Poelstra; and his sister Marilyn Decker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
