Jack Empie Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Empie of Caledonia, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Christine; his daughter Ange Haveman; his parents, Clarence Dirkes and Lorraine Dirkes; and his siblings, Benjamin, Ronald, Bonnie, Richard and Michelle.
He is survived by: his children, Tess Cairns (Dann), Mark Havemen and Jackie "Tootie" Gipe (Robb); his grandchildren, Alysa (Martin), Lyndi, Jenna (Rex), Madison, Deanna (Chris), Austin (Breanna), Jacob (Kelsey), Josh (Ronie) and Tucker; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Olivia, Paul, Patrick, Hadley, Jr. and Sutton; his sister Josie Busam (Tony); his sister-in-law Luisa McMillan; and his nieces, Zeny, Christina and Kimberly.
Memorial contributions in honor of Jack may be made to Corwell Health Hospice or the Disabled American Veterans Organization.
