He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Tyler Moederzoon and Bradley Scott Tape; his sisters, Joan Phillips and Elaine Buchanan; and his niece Diane Dutcher.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Tape (Stray); his children, Tim Tape (Christy), Melissa Shanahan (Anthony) and Melanie Corson (Jerry); his grandchildren, Darrin Tape (Rebecca), Nicholas Tape (Alyssa), Aaron Moederzoon (Ashley Haveman) and Halaynea Shanahan; his great grandchildren, Kash, Jordan, Easton and Madox; his brothers, Kurt Tape (Barbara) and Ryan Tape; and his close friend John Dutcher.
