He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Kingsley and Margaret Kingsley; and his brother Craig Kingsley. He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Kingsley (Sue) and Bill Kingsley; his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Dustin, Melissa, Blake, Brooke, Alyssa, Alex and Christina; and his aunts, Joanna Door and Ann Ames (Larry).
