He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Harry, Elizabeth Swartz, James and Joanne Horgan; his aunt Sheri Jo Montag (Horgan); and his uncle Dale Swartz.
He is survived by: his parents, Brian Swartz and Sheila Swartz (Caledonia); his siblings, Joshua (Lydia) Swartz (Traverse City) and Brianna (Derek) Eaton (Caledonia); his nieces and nephews, Zane, Cameron, Macsen, Penelope Swartz, Linden and Hayes Eaton; his uncles, William (Kathe), Scott Swartz (Kimberly) of Sidney, OH, Jim (Kimberly) and Jason Montag (Grand Rapids); his great-aunts, Kathy (Bouman) Myers (Sturgis) and Virginia (Rekney) Horgan (Big Rapids); and his godparents, David and Cindy Piggott (Sparta).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cascade Township Park (3810 Thornapple River Dr SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
