He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray and Lois Marie Oglesby (Haksluoto); his father-in-law Bob Brinks; and his sister-in-law Sue Brinks. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Brinks; his children, Tisha Oglesby (Todd Stahlbaum) of Cass City, Mandi Oglesby (Willie Vandenbos) of Butterfield and William J. "Billy" Oglesby II of Manistique; his granddaughters, Mackenzie and Payton Oglesby; his siblings, Dean Oglesby (Darcie Wright) of Hoxeyville, Sheila Pratt (David) of Harrietta, Juanita Strait (Charles) of Traverse City, Roxann Houghton (Gordon) of Lake Ann and Henry Oglesby of Harrietta; and his parents-in-law, Mike Brinks (Dee) of Cadillac, Steve Brinks of Grayling, Tom Brinks (Julie) of Grand Rapids and Betty Brinks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
