He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Carl, Linda Miller (Marv), Patty Raden, Mike Johnson (Ashley), Dan Johnson (Tava) and Dawn Kitson (Dan); his grandchildren, Connie Underhill (Jason), Karla Sterly (Jack), Randy Miller (Leah), Gabe Raden, Devin, Maria, Avery, Nora Johnson, Christopher Johnson (Josie), Tyler Vanderhoef (Erica), Andrew Vanderhoef (Siera), Hannah Trowbridge and Sarah Kitson; and his siblings, Warren Johnson (Kay), Wayne Johnson (Linda) and Karen Burger (Chuck). He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
