It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Lou Ellerman of Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wesley and Helen Delores Shepard (Sweigert); her former husband James "Jim" Morrill; her spouse Cleetis "Gene" Ellerman; and her siblings, Patricia Hatch and Donald.
She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne Maddox of Kalamazoo; her sisters, Donna Chambers of Cadillac and Gerry Scribner (Charles) of California; and her brother-in-law Dr. Robert Hatch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
