She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Westman and Marian Westman (Broy); her husband James Dean Thompson; her parents-in-law, Carl and Reva Thompson; her brother George Westman; and her brothers-in-law, H. R. Vosbourgh and Dennis Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Thompson (Charlie Schroder) of Cadillac, Robert "Bob" Thompson (Troy Touch) of Signal Hill, CA and Debbie Ringsmuth (Tony) of Wakefield, MI; her grandchildren, Alyssa Miller (Ryan), Jordan and Jacob Ringsmuth; her great grandchildren, Clara and Scarlett Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Emmet and Ella Schroder; her sisters, Linda Westman of Kentwood and Vicky Johnson of Indian River; her sister-in-law LaVonne Vosbourgh of Fenton; her caregivers, Jan Ensor and Jim; her niece Jody Bode; and her sister-in-law Carol Southwick. She is also survived by other loving family members, neighbors, and friends.
