He is survived by: his sister-in-law Trudi; his wife Teresa "Terri" Campbell; his daughters, Sarah Hendrickson (Toivo) of Essexville and Danielle Rubis (Steven Flues) of Bay City; his stepchildren, Joel (Hailie) of Yakima, WA, Jordan and Jamie of Eugene, OR; his grandchildren, Kayla, Emma and Jake Hendrickson; his siblings, Gary Rubis (Boni), Kenneth Rubis, Mark Rubis (Elaine), Cheryl Mika (Richard), Debbie DuRusseel (Steve Krzyminski), Finley, Clarence and Betty Hoffman; and his pet Benny.
