He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Zeestraten and Verlene Zeestraten (Spraggs). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Sue Zeestraten (Monhead) of Cadillac, MI; his children, Mike Monhead of Cadillac, Blake Monhead (Sharee) of Mancelona, Bob Zeestraten (Allison) of Cadillac and Duane Zeestraten (Taiylor) of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Presley, Haven Zeestraten, Korbyn and Blaykleigh Monhead; and his siblings, Wayne Zeestraten, Fred Zeestraten, Ricky Zeestraten, Richard Zeestraten (Ronda), Janet Manry (Paul) and Barb Mitchell. He is also survived by his wife, and spending time with his grandchildren.
