He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Holm and Ida Holm (Johnson). He is survived by: his brother John Holm (Darlene) of Cadillac; and his nephews, Joel Holm (Holly) of Roscommon, Timothy Holm of Falmouth, Christopher Holm (Alisha Howard) of Interlochen and Matthew Holm of Grand Rapids.
