He was predeceased by: his significant other Elizabeth Conant (Betty); his parents, Reber Williams and Effie Williams (Witbeck); his siblings, Waldo Williams and Vivian Klock; his niece Joyce Bonfoey; and his grandson Matthew Somers.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Williams (Paula), Marsha Somers (Bill), David Williams (Georgine) and Jeff Williams; his grandchildren, Lacey Kramer (Chris), Kyle Williams (Katie), Rebecca Mowbray (Jason), Steven Somers (Suzanne), Denise Lansdale (James), Amy Kochosky (Taylor), Jordan Carter (Cory) and Vincent Williams (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Colin, Emma, Alba, Molly, Max, Natalie, Jack, Allison, Sophia and Lennox; his niece Sharon Morrow (Williams); and his nephew Ron Williams.
