She was predeceased by: her father Robert Phipps. She is survived by: her mother Madonna Phipps (Brown); her husband Joe Tolgo; her sons, Jeremy Grace (Jody) and Joshua Grace; her grandchildren, Ezrah Grace, Oliver Grace and Melody Farthing (Jon); her great grandchild Lilly Grace Farthing; and her brothers, Mark Phipps (Susie) and Chad Phipps (Ning). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
