He was predeceased by: his brother Robert "Bob" Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Perkins; his sons, Robin Perkins (Karan) and Steve Perkins (Cindy); his brother Ron Perkins; his grandchildren, Dana Volkening (Harold) and Brittany Johnson; his great grandchildren, Faith Perkins, Alexander Volkening, Hannah Volkening, Lance Seal, Bradley Johnson, Bjorn Seal and Aurora Johnson; and his children, Rob and Betty Perkins. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
