He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Spencer and Phyllis Spencer; and his sister Laura Allen. He is survived by: his wife Patty Spencer of Manistee; and his brother Gene Spencer. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews; and many other loving friends.
