He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Joshua K. Harris, Garrett S. Garber (Alisha) and Jorden Everett (Alexander); his grandchild Waylon Everett; his brothers, Redgie Harris (Becky) and Ritchie Harris; his nephews, Jason Harris (Kristin), Ryan Harris (Tara) and Marcus Harris (Aria); and his siblings-in-law, Craig John and Kathy Foster.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Susan P. Wheatlake Regional Cancer Center or Spectrum Health Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion.

“Rande was a dear friend to us. Evil when ill he and his lovely wife Connie would come visit, comfort and even pray with (notwithstanding different religious persuasions). Rande was a true patriot who loved his country and loved people. He was President of our condo community at one time and even when confronted by meanness he remained calm. His goodwill and willingness to help extended to all. Our sincerely condolences to all of his family and friends and may the Lord be kind to him.”
