He is survived by: his former wife Sara Wade Bray; his children, Mary K. Hensley, Otto L. Langkawel IV, JoAnn F. Langkawel and Patricia Lincoln; and his stepchildren, Sara Way and Christy Bond. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many loving friends.
