With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mitzie J. Witherspoon of Cadillac, Michigan, born in Newberry, Michigan, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ace Franklin and Leona Fulk (Slaght); her husband Richard E. "Dick" Witherspoon; and her son Richard "Rick" Witherspoon. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Witherspoon (Will Paiz) of Wyoming, Michigan; her grandson Josh Sisson (Kari); her great grandchildren, Zayla, Amira Sisson, Rylee and Carter Canaan; her siblings, Phil Fulk of Kingsley, Skip Fulk (Sharon) of Cadillac and Sherry Howell of Freeland; and her sisters-in-law, Ella Telgenhoff of Cadillac and Emogene Boerma of Cadillac.
Memorial contributions may be made to Munson Hospice or Temple Hill Baptist Church.
