It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael DeWayne Baker of Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Mary Elizabeth Baker (Emond); and his stepson Luke. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Jarrad Tribley; his sons, Kevin Baker (Christina) of Cadillac and David Baker of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Shelby Townsend and Reed Baker; his stepchildren, Shannon Fouts (Jay) of Indiana, John Tribley (Tiah) and Anthony Tribley (Taylor Rapley) of Lake City; and his siblings, Cathy Baker-Mirabitur (Reg), Den Maury (Craig Nelson), Joe Baker (Virginia) and Paul Baker. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cadillac Fire Department, CASA, or Munson Hospice of Cadillac.
