He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall L. Wiley and Emma N. Wiley (Brown); and his wife Sheiron. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Wiley-Beckner of Mancelona; and his siblings, David Wiley of Byron, MI and Betty Barker (Reggie) of Mountain City, Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
