Lee Gibelyou Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Gibelyou of Cadillac, Michigan, born in Wayne, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Gibelyou and Helen Gibelyou; his parents-in-law, Wilmar and Leona Rodammer; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Fuhrmann, Bernard Beethem and Richard Barritt.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gibelyou; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Burke Jimmerson; his sisters, Janet Fuhrmann, Gladys Saborio (Jose), Sandy Severino (Edmundo), Lyndal Beethem and Penny Bleha (John); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Barritt and John Rodammer (Kathy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Cadillac Veterans Administration, Zion Lutheran Church or Zion Stitchery.
