With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keith Eugene Zukausky of Cadillac, Michigan, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on June 5, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Zukausky and Dorothy Zukausky (Zozulia). He is survived by: his wife Millie; his children, Abby Zukausky of Traverse City and Colin Capriati (Jennifer) of Irvine, California; his grandson Tristan; and his sister Alice Irwin of Louisburg.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church.
