He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Augustat and Florence Marie Augustat (Brehm); his brother Jimmy Augustat; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Augustat. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Augustat (Rachel) of Cadillac, Verna Zuback (Darin) of Lake City, Chad Augustat (Patti) of Cadillac and Toni Augustat (Aaron Watson) of Cadillac; his brothers, Harold Augustat (Lois) of Florida, Herb Augustat (Connie) of Tustin and Walt Augustat (Lavonne) of Grand Rapids; and his friend Clyde. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
