She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon L. Barber and Betty M. Barber (Weatherwax). She is survived by: her husband Larry Garrow; and her children, Charles Garrow, Daniel Howe (Anne), Mychelle Nicholas (Steve) and Amy Estrada (Ruben). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
