She is survived by: her stepchildren, Shelly Tyler of Kentucky, Nannette Todd of Kentucky, Henry Johnston, Jr. of Kentucky and Jeffrey Johnston of Louisiana; and her friends, Myrna Wood and Cheryl Miller. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
