He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Shani Skutt (Paul) and Nick; his grandsons, Zachary Skutt and Nicholas Skutt; his mother Eileen Ball; his siblings, Linda McDonald, Tom Ball (Dee), Melissa Hill (Jim) and Kim Elzinga (Al); his sisters-in-law, Kim Gydesen (Jim) and Jennifer Losinger (Terry); and his friends, Roger Walker and Linda Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations made in Jerry's name to Great Lakes Burn Camp for the benefit of burned children from across the State of Michigan would be greatly appreciated.
