He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick G. Moomey, and Sandra M. Moomey, Sr. (Tewsley). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lea Phinney; his daughters, Carrie Hose (Jeremy) of Lake City and Melissa Sands (Alex) of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Katlin, Kristin, Megan Hose, Brianna and Audrey Sands; his great grandchild Ellie; and his siblings, Fred Moomey (Dorothy) of Cadillac, Rev. Brian Moomey (Dana) of Mount Vernon, Holly Clements of Sandpoint, Janice Ransom (Jim) of Cadillac and Muriel Laverty (Gary) of Roscommon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
