He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Balcom; his sons, Jeffery Mader, Sr. (Pam) of Birch Run and Steven Mader of Sheperd; his daughter-in-law Krista Lemerand of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Jeffery Mader, Jr. (Alison Taylor), Scott Allan Mader, Ella Wendy Mader, Hayden Frank Mader, Harley Ron Mader and Alex Howard Mader; and his siblings, Joseph Mader (Donna), Evelyn Kraenzlien, Patricia Morrison (Roger), Kenneth Mader, Kathy Howey (Rick), Nancy Bailey (Jim) and Richard Mader.
