Donna Welsh Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Welsh (Cadillac, Michigan), born in Sherburn, Minnesota, who passed away on May 19, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Brolsma and Josephine Brolsma (Faber); and her husband Patrick Welsh. She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Wieben of Minnesota; her daughters, Mickey Beasley (Kirk) of Springfield, LA, Becky Welsh (Jules) of Lainsburg, MI and Trish Novak (David) of Cadillac, MI; and her grandchildren, Kahl Smith (Rachel) of Cadillac, MI, Denny Smith of Springfield, LA, Kevin Smith of Mount Pleasant, MI, Jordan Peterson (Phil) of Traverse City, MI, Brittany Sinkel (Jeff) of Manton, MI, Taylor Novak (Sean) of Cadillac, MI, Hailey Novak (Josh) of Cadillac, MI and Ashley Beasley of Bali, Indonesia. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, whom she adored; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.

There are so many in the community that she loved and held dear, but sadly so, due to COVID-19, a small service will be held for family only at the United Methodist Church on Saturday, May 23, 2020.
