She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman H. Beerens and Julia Beerens (Quist); her husband Walter B. Scholten; her son Gary Scholten; her brother Harvey Beerens; and her siblings-in-law, Carroll Foster, Jerry Reinink, Jim Scholten, Lee Scholten, Melvin Scholten, Larry Scholten, Gail Scholten, Joyce Beerens and Jeanette Mickens.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Dick (Jay) of McBain and Craig W. Scholten (Alison) of Cadillac; her daughter-in-law Vickie Bosscher (Mike) of McBain; her great grandchildren, Holly Helsel (Jamie), Troy Dick (Charity), Jenna, Hannah Bronkema (Elliott), Rachelle Boven (Kevin), Anna Goodrich (John), Tyler Scholten (Megan), Brett Scholten (Nichole Steinmann), Rylan, Parker Scholten and Kaylanuh Steinmann; her siblings, Kay Foster of Cadillac, Duane Beerens (Orlean) of Falmouth and Vivian Reinink of Lakeland, Florida.; and her parents-in-law, Doug Mickens of Cadillac, Arlene Scholten of McBain, Cecile Scholten of Grand Rapids, Mick Scholten of McBain, Betty Ellens of Jenison and Bernie Scholten (Barb) of McBain. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
