He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Maxwell and Lucy Maxwell (Ford); his wife Dorothy Nienhuis; and his siblings, Peggy E. Maxwell Gribbell, Patsy B. Maxwell, Jane A. Maxwell-Ford, Larry D. Maxwell, Don J. Maxwell and Tony J. Maxwell.
He is survived by: his brother Mike Maxwell; his niece Sharla Razinha (Junior); his great-nephew Mike Bigford (Sarah); his caregiver Robyn Niles; his great-niece Chelsea Butson; his friend Kathy Kimmel; and also Dallas Bilyea.
