She was predeceased by: her parents, Carleton W. Hughes and Vivian C. Hughes (Calkin); her sister Erin J. Barrows; and her aunt Jayne E. Hovey. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Fox; her children, Mary Theresa Hughes of Farmington, CT, Joel Adam Hughes (Michelle) of Rockford, MI, Anthony Wood Hughes of Keller, TX, Jon Paul Jankoski of Cadillac, Joseph Gerard Hughes (Kimberly McDonell) of Cadillac, Beth Ann Hughes (Branden Hess) of Kalkaska, MI, Aaron L. Fox of Gladwin, MI and Miles E. Fox of Farwell, MI; and her siblings, Kevin Hughes of Cadillac, Shannon Koschmider (Patrick) of Cadillac, Brian Hughes (Lynette) of Cadillac, Rory Hughes (Marcia) of Cadillac and Kerry Claytor (Thomas) of Manton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
Hobbies of hers included; bingo, reading, gaming, making sure her animals never went hungry, and crocheting blankets for her children, grandchildren and donating them in the community.
