Daniel H. Niles Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel H. Niles of Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Niles and Rosamond R. Niles (Robinson); and his sister Mildred Slagle. He is survived by: his wife Julie M. Anderson Mongar; his son Anthony Niles (Nickey) of Cadillac; his stepsons, Joseph Mongar (Jolinda) of Rives Junction, Daniel Mongar (Kami) of Tustin and Nathan Laurent (Amy) of Grandville; his grandchildren, Temperance and Alfie Mongar; his siblings, Nancy Crow, Billie Podbillski, Lois Lang, Georgie Goostreys (Paul) and Jan Niles; and his friend Diane Laurent Niles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral & Cremation Services (205 E Cass St, Cadillac, MI 49601).
