He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Derby (Barbara) and Matthew Derby (Linda); his grandchildren, Scott (Angie), Paul, Peter (Mandy), Sean Derby (Alissa) and Kristen Derby; and his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Matthew and Patrick.
