He is survived by: his wife Tina Caroline Roland; his children, John Phillips (Mandi) of Cadillac, Bethany Odette (Steven) of Cadillac, Christopher James Phillips (Adelina) of Portugal, Steven Phillips (Kimberly) of Cadillac and Brittany Gray (Joshua) of Cadillac; and his grandchildren, Edith Phillips, Owen, Zoey Odette, Martha Phillips, Roland, Lee Arthur Philips, McKenzie and Peyton Gray.
