He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Weir and Elda Weir; his son Bradley Jackson Weir; and his siblings, Alfred Gasner, Margaret Hohner, Wilda Strom, Ralph Weir, Jack Weir, John Bettridge, Robert Hohner and Donna Weir.
He is survived by: his wife Judie Weir; his sister Bea Ewing; his children, Richard Weir (Beverly) and Mandie Lou Weir; and his stepchildren, Greg Trowbridge and Terry Pritchard (Brent). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
